Site Manager- Process Engineer

Join a Team of Experts in the Petroleum Industry in Libya! 

For one of our clients, a renowned petroleum company based in Libya, we are looking for a -Process Engineer  Site Manager, available immediately, to lead the on-site technical team, supervise project progress, and serve as a technical liaison with the site owner.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the team of technicians on site 
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on project progress 
- Attend technical meetings and represent our client with the site owner 
Ensure compliance with project standards and timelines 

Desired Profile:
- Engineering degree in Process or equivalent 
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role within the petroleum or energy sector 
- Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills
