Manwork is recruiting a Business Development Manager – Africa for a major international company operating across the African continent.

Key Requirements:

• Engineering degree (mandatory)

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in business development, sales, or proposals

• Proven track record in Africa (strong regional exposure required)

• Fluency in English and French (Arabic and/or Portuguese are a plus)

• Strong client relationship, market intelligence, and negotiation skills

Key Mission:
Develop and manage strategic client and partner relationships, identify new business opportunities across Africa, and support market expansion initiatives.
