Community Manager - Libya - Tripoli
Manwork is recruiting, on behalf of its client, a communication company based in Tripoli, Libya an Community Manger
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content strategy for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, visuals, videos)
- Manage and engage with the online community: moderation, responding to messages/comments, and fostering interactions
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns (reporting, KPIs, recommendations)
- Stay up to date with digital trends, hashtags, influencers, and emerging platforms
Job Requirements
Profile Required:
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a Community Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficient in major social media platforms and management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Excellent writing skills with perfect spelling and grammar
- Creative, responsive, autonomous, and proactive
- Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) or video editing is a plus
