Ingénieur/Technicien Supérieur de Sécurité HSE

MANWORK is recruiting qualified security agents to ensure the safety of its client’s site in Libya. Candidates must be able to guarantee the protection of people and property, manage access, and respond to emergency situations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the surveillance and security of the site.
• Control access and verify identities.
• Conduct regular patrols to prevent intrusions or incidents.
• Respond effectively in emergency situations (fire, intrusion, etc.).
• Collaborate with site management teams and law enforcement if necessary.
• Write daily reports on incidents or unusual activities.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a security agent, preferably in a high-risk environment.
• Education: Security certification or equivalent diploma. Certifications in risk management or first aid training are a plus.
• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English is required; French is an asset.

Required Skills:

• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly.
• Good physical condition.
• Adaptability in an international environment.
• Strong sense of observation and attention to detail.
• Punctuality and integrity.
