Regional Manager

We are in search of a Regional Manager for our client in Niger.

Responsabilities :

• Responsible for improving efficiency and increasing sales profits in West Africa countries.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve on the strategic and tactical business activities.
• Establishing new business opportunities with expansion in new countries.
• Implement and follow through with an innovative marketing and sales strategy to meet business objectives.
• Maintains a long-term perspective on all issues affecting the business.
• Provides leadership and guidance to the divisional staff.
• Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and high ethical standards.
• Oversee several elements in a business, including hiring staff, operating budgets, and launching price promotions.

Profile :

• At least 15 years of experience in commercial, sales, Medical promotion and Marketing. 
• Management skills, leadership skills, analysis and reporting, business development.
• Sales skills, organized, stable, flexible, adaptable, customer service oriented. 
• Interested in travelling to West Africa.
• Excellent proficiency in French and English.
