- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 regulations and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, such as defect rates, scrap rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor supplier and client performance to ensure that all requirements and standards are met.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma methodologies, to optimize processes and reduce waste.
- Work with the R&D team to develop and implement quality control procedures for new products and services.
- Ensure that all quality-related documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Provide training and support to staff and management on quality-related matters.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve any quality-related issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Profils:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the industrial field
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 regulations and quality management principles
- Experience with KPI analysis, OTD analysis, and supplier and client performance monitoring
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with knowledge of Italian being a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
